URPIXEL Policies

At URPIXEL, we are committed to delivering creative, practical, and results-driven solutions. These policies ensure clarity, professionalism, and a smooth working relationship between our team and our clients.

1. Payment Policy

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required before any project begins. 
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery of files or launch. 
  • For ongoing services (monthly retainers), payment must be made in advance each month. 
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. 

2. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and project allocation. 
  • Refunds are not provided once work has commenced. 
  • If a project is canceled by the client midway, URPIXEL reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to that point. 

3. Revision Policy

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions (specified in the project scope). 
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. 
  • Revisions must be clear, consolidated, and submitted in writing to avoid delays. 

4. Project Timeline Policy

  • Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins. 
  • Delays in client feedback, approvals, or content submission may result in timeline extensions. 
  • URPIXEL is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client-side delays. 

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information and content on time 
  • Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe 
  • Give clear and constructive feedback 
  • Respect the agreed scope of work 

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Final designs and deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is received. 
  • URPIXEL retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. 
  • Any unused concepts remain the property of URPIXEL. 

7. Scope of Work

  • All work will be delivered based on the approved project scope. 
  • Any additional work outside the scope will require a new quote or add-on agreement. 
  • Scope changes may affect both pricing and timelines. 

8. Confidentiality

  • URPIXEL respects all client information and will not share confidential materials without permission. 
  • Clients agree not to disclose proprietary processes or internal strategies used by URPIXEL. 

9. Communication Policy

  • All official communication should be done via email or agreed platforms. 
  • URPIXEL operates during standard business hours and responds within 24–48 hours. 
  • Urgent requests may be subject to priority service fees. 

10. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice. 
  • The client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. 
  • No final files will be released until all outstanding payments are settled. 

11. Liability

  • URPIXEL is not liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables. 
  • Clients are responsible for final approval and usage of all materials. 

12. Policy Updates

URPIXEL reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
